Q: How to look up a food? where is the index?

A: Choose a food type: 1.Crops, beans, herbs; 2.Vegetables; 3.Fruits, wine, beverages, snacks, cooking methods, sauces, taste, desserts; 4. Meats, dairy products; then start looking from the top of the TCM food specturm. After going through the specturm for a few more times, you would memorise more. These catagories has been established for 3300yrs and they never change, it's worthwhile to memorise them.

Q: If I do not know anything about TCM, where can I start?

A: Follow the Simple Diet Tips:

Simple Diet Tips: Start with 5% of COLD Foods; 10% of COOL Foods; 70% of MILD Foods; 10% of WARM Foods; 5% of HOT Foods. Not feeling well? Simply change to 100% MILD Foods and consult your TCM practitioner (E C).
